吸入糖皮质激素联合支气管舒张剂治疗COPD的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨吸入糖皮质激素、支气管舒张剂联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床价值。方法 80例COPD患者,利用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组应用糖皮质激素、支气管舒张剂联合治疗,对照组单用支气管舒张剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的肺功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组临床总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组每分钟静息通气量(VE)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、呼吸商(RQ)均较治疗前提高,且研究组PEF(369.33±39.25)L/min、VE(12.75±0.32)L/min、RQ(0.98±0.06)高于对照组的(314.37±28.47)L/min、(11.54±0.13)L/min、(0.91±0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 吸入糖皮质激素、支气管舒张剂联合治疗COPD的有效性、安全性均较优,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。Objective To discuss the clinical value of inhaled corticosteroids combined with bronchodilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD were divided into the research group and the control group by random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The research group was treated with inhaled corticosteroids combined with bronchodilator,while the control group was treated with bronchodilator alone.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary function indicators before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the research group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,minute ventilation(VE),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),and respiratory quotient(RQ)in the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment,and the PEF(369.33±39.25)L/min,VE(12.75±0.32)L/min and RQ(0.98±0.06)in the research group were higher than(314.37±28.47)L/min,(11.54±0.13)L/min,and(0.91±0.05)in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of inhaled corticosteroids and bronchodilator combined with inhalation is effective and safe in the treatment of COPD,which is conducive to ensuring the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients.
