枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒对肾结石PCNL术后复发率的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒对肾结石经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)术后复发率的影响。方法 80例肾结石患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各40例。所有患者均采用PCNL治疗,实验组术后给予枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒治疗,对照组术后未服用枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒。比较两组1、2年复发情况。结果 实验组1年复发率为2.50%, 2年复发率为5.00%,均低于对照组的17.50%、20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾结石PCNL术后患者应用枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒治疗可降低术后复发率,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the effect of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granule on recurrence rate of renal calculi after percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods A total of 80 patients with renal calculi were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with PCNL.The experimental group received potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granule after surgery,while the control group received no potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granule after surgery.The 1-and 2-year recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results The 1-year recurrence rate of the experimental group was 2.50%,and the 2-year recurrence rate was 5.00%,which were lower than 17.50%and 20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granule can lower the recurrence rate after surgery of patients with renal calculi after PCNL,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
