聚甲酚磺醛栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探究聚甲酚磺醛栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法 108例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为A组和B组,每组54例。A组患者采用微波治疗, B组患者采用聚甲酚磺醛栓联合微波治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治愈时间及分泌物持续时间。结果 B组患者治愈率为90.7%,总有效率为100.0%,均高于A组的51.9%、88.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者治愈时间(11.2±4.7)d及分泌物持续时间(9.5±3.6)d均明显短于A组的(16.5±3.8)、(14.2±4.5)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 聚甲酚磺醛栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效显著,治疗效果明显优于单一微波治疗,且可明显缩短治愈时间及阴道分泌物持续时间,因此值得广泛推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of policresulen suppositories combined with microwave in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with microwave therapy,and patients in group B were treated with policresulen suppositories combined with microwave therapy.The therapeutic effect,cure time and secretion duration of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of group B was 90.7%,and the total effective rate was 100.0%,which were higher than 51.9%and 88.9%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure time(11.2±4.7)d and the secretion duration(9.5±3.6)d in group B were significantly shorter than(16.5±3.8)and(14.2±4.5)d in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Policresulen suppositories combined with microwave has significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis,and the therapeutic effect is significantly better than single microwave therapy.It can significantly shorten the cure time of and the duration of vaginal secretions.Therefore,this treatment method is worthy of widespread promotion.
