伊可新治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨维生素AD滴剂(商品名:伊可新)治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果。方法 120例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用鱼肝油治疗,观察组则采用伊可新治疗。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果及治疗后血清生化指标{血钙、25羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]、骨碱性磷酸酶(NBAP)}水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血钙(1.99±0.46)mmol/L、25-(OH)D3(46.37±4.96)ng/ml均高于对照组的(1.83±0.38)mmol/L、(23.21±2.26)ng/ml, NBAP(160.25±3.71)U/L低于对照组的(186.13±8.56)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿的临床治疗中伊可新具有较高的应用价值,可降低患儿疾病痛苦度,提升患儿临床治疗疗效,稳定生命安全,值得推广和应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Vitamin A and D drops(trade name:Yikexin)in the treatment of vitamin D deficiency rickets in children.Methods A total of 120 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cod liver oil,and the observation group was treated with Yikexin.The clinical effect and serum biochemical indexes{blood calcium,25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3],neonatal bone alkaline phosphatase(NBAP)}levels after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 98.33%of the observation group was higher than 88.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum calcium(1.99±0.46)mmol/L and 25-(OH)D3(46.37±4.96)ng/ml in the observation group were higher than(1.83±0.38)mmol/L and(23.21±2.26)ng/ml in the control group,and the NBAP(160.25±3.71)U/L was lower than(186.13±8.56)U/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets,Yikexin has a high application value,which can reduce the suffering of the children,improve the clinical efficacy of children,and stabilize life safety.It is worthy of promotion and application.
