产后康复仪+手法按摩在初产妇催乳中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究产后康复仪+手法按摩用于初产妇产后催乳的临床效果。方法 64例行产后催乳的初产妇,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采用常规手法按摩催乳,观察组采用产后康复仪+手法按摩方案催乳。比较两组泌乳时间、空腹血催乳素水平、产后第3天乳汁总量、产后4个月内的纯母乳喂养率。结果 观察组泌乳时间(21.07±3.98)h短于对照组的(28.42±4.33)h,空腹血催乳素水平(342.38±6.98)ng/ml高于对照组的(330.54±6.63)ng/ml,产后第3天的乳汁总量(246.92±10.17)ml多于对照组的(235.84±9.98)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后4个月内的纯母乳喂养率93.75%高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在初产妇产后催乳中,应用产后康复仪+手法按摩的临床效果显著,可有效促进初产妇乳汁分泌,提高母乳喂养率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with manual massage in lactation of primipara.Methods A total of 64 primiparas who underwent postpartum lactation were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional massage for lactation,and the observation group was treated with postpartum rehabilitation instrument and manual massage program for lactation.The lactation time,fasting blood prolactin level,total milk amount on the 3rd day postpartum,and exclusive breastfeeding rate within 4 months postpartum were compared between the two groups.Results The lactation time(21.07±3.98)h in the observation group was shorter than(28.42±4.33)h in the control group,the fasting blood prolactin level(342.38±6.98)ng/ml was higher than(330.54±6.63)ng/ml in the control group,and the total milk amount on the 3rd day(246.92±10.17)ml was more than(235.84±9.98)ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group within 4 months after delivery was 93.75%higher than that in the control group(62.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postpartum lactation of primipara,the clinical effect of postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with manual massage is significant.It can effectively promote the milk secretion of primipara and improve the breastfeeding rate,which is worthy of popularization.
