摘　　要：N-乙酰基-5-甲氧基色胺(褪黑素)是一种主要由松果体分泌的吲哚类激素,具有调节昼夜节律、抗炎、抗骨质疏松、抑制肿瘤及免疫调节等作用。既往多项体内与体外研究已经证实:褪黑素具有强大的抗氧化作用,这种作用可以减少线粒体损伤、降低氧化应激水平和调控自噬水平。这使得褪黑素能在肌肉衰退后的恢复过程中发挥有益作用。因此根据相关的文献资料,针对褪黑素对骨骼肌疾病的影响展开讨论,并就其研究进展作一综述,目的是阐明褪黑素在骨骼肌疾病治疗中的作用,并提出未来可能的研究方向和亟待解决的关键科学问题。N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine(melatonin)is an indole hormone mainly secreted by the pineal gland,which has the functions of regulating circadian rhythm,anti-inflammatory,anti-osteoporosis,tumor inhibition and immune regulation effect.A number of previous in vivo and in vitro studies have confirmed that melatonin has a powerful antioxidant effect,which can reduce mitochondrial damage,reduce oxidative stress levels and regulate autophagy levels.This allows melatonin to play a beneficial role in restoring muscle decline.This paper discusses the impact of melatonin on skeletal muscle disorders based on relevant literature data,and summarize its research progress with the aim to clarify the utility of the melatonin in patients affected by muscle diseases and proposes possible future research directions and key scientific issues to be solved.
