摘  要:新建郑济高速铁路(山东段)长清黄河特大桥3×56 m连续梁采用全胶拼节段预制拼装施工,对施工过程控制、预制与安装线形以及线形对计算参数的敏感性开展研究。结果表明:施工过程中因架桥机刚度并非无限大,节段施工应先吊挂再拼装;吊杆转换时节段重量应全部由吊杆承担;按照切线位移法计算节段预制线形,按照零位移法计算得到的线形用于确定节段的安装高程和线形调整;弹性模量、施工阶段整体温度对预制线形的敏感性很低,节段重量、施工阶段非线性温度的敏感性较高,摩阻系数和偏差系数对线形有一定影响,但考虑其随机性,线形计算时可以不考虑。The 3×56 m continuous beam of Changqing Yellow River Bridge of the new Zhengzhou-Jinan high speed railway(Shandong section)is prefabricated and assembled with full glue segments.The construction process control,prefabrication and installation alignment,and the sensitivity of alignment to calculation parameters were studied.The results show that the stiffness of the bridge erecting machine is not infinite,and the segmental construction should be hung first and then assembled.The weight of the section shall be borne by the suspender during the conversion of the suspender.The precast alignment of the segment is calculated according to the tangent displacement method,and the alignment calculated according to the zero displacement method is used to determine the installation elevation and alignment adjustment of the segment.The sensitivity of elastic modulus and overall temperature in the construction stage to the precast alignment is very low,and the sensitivity of segment weight and nonlinear temperature in the construction stage is high.The friction coefficient and deviation coefficient have a certain impact on the alignment,but considering their randomness,they can not be considered in the alignment calculation.
