摘　　要：为了积极培育新生代农民工正确的择业价值观,对G省L市从事自媒体职业领域的新生代农民工做了大量的个人访谈和问卷调研,并运用数理统计和定量定性的方法对其择业心理和价值追求等方面进行了综合分析,针对存在的价值追求随性多元、职业规划不够长远、维权能力不足、职业认同意识不强等问题,提出了几点思考和认识。In order to actively cultivate the correct employment values of the new generation of migrant workers,a large number of personal interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted on the new generation of migrant workers engaged in the field of We-Media in L City of G Province,and a comprehensive analysis of their employment psychology and value pursuit was carried out by using mathematical statistics and quantitative and qualitative methods.In view of the existing problems such as diversified value pursuit,insufficient long-term career planning,insufficient ability to safeguard rights,and weak awareness of professional identity,some personal thoughts and understandings were put forward.
