摘　　要：变态心理学的心理过程障碍、人格障碍、神经症、精神病等一级概念所属的二级概念,其症状、病程、自知力、自控力的内涵外延存在交错重叠,变态心理学称为共病现象。当前因为变态心理学的媒体江湖心理学科普,导致常识概念的抑郁症成为精神病的代名词。这需要心理教师、心理医师进行科学的变态心理学和精神卫生学知识普及活动,以免造成江湖心理学对科学心理学的冲击,形成概念定势,影响心理障碍和精神疾病的科学治疗。The first-class concepts of abnormal psychology,such as psychological process disorder,personality disorder,neurosis,psychosis,belong to the second-class concepts.The connotation and extension of symptoms,course of disease,insight and self-control overlap,which is called comorbidity in abnormal psychology.At present,due to the media of metamorphosis psychology,the popular science of psychology has led to the concept of depression as a synonym for psychosis.This requires psychological teachers and psychologists to carry out scientific psychopathology and mental health knowledge popularization activities,so as to avoid the impact of psych quackery on scientific psychology,form a conceptual stereotype,and affect the scientific treatment of psychological disorders and mental diseases.
