摘 要:目的探究SBAR沟通模式在麻醉恢复室医护沟通中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1~12月进入北京大学深圳医院麻醉恢复室的200例术后患者及20名医护人员为观察组研究对象, 采取SBAR沟通模式, 另外选取2018年1~12月进入该院麻醉恢复室的200例术后患者及20名医护人员为对照组研究对象, 采取传统的医护沟通模式。对比两组常见麻醉并发症的发生率、病情评估能力及医护双方满意度调查结果。结果观察组常见麻醉并发症的发生率5.00%, 显著低于对照组14.00%;观察组医护人员病情评估能力评分显著优于对照组;观察组医护人员满意度各方面评分均高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将SBAR沟通模式用于麻醉恢复室医护沟通中, 规范手术间与恢复室的交接, 促进医护有效沟通, 减少麻醉并发症的发生, 提升医护人员病情评估能力, 提升医疗护理质量, 保证患者安全, 医护满意度高。Objective To explore the application effect of SBAR communication mode in medical communication in anesthesia recovery room.Methods From January to December 2019,200 postoperative patients and 20 medical staff who entered the anesthesia recovery room of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital were selected as the observation group,and SBAR communication mode was adopted.In addition,200 postoperative patients and 20 medical staff who entered the anesthesia recovery room of the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and the traditional mode of medical communication was adopted.The incidence of common anesthesia complications,assessment ability and satisfaction of both doctors and nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of common anesthesia complications in the observation group was(5.00%)significantly lower than that in the control group(14.00%).The evaluation ability score of medical staff in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The scores of medical staff satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The SBAR communication mode is used to standardize the handover between the operation room and the recovery room in the medical communication in the anesthesia recovery room,which promotes the effective communication of medical care,reduces the occurrence of anesthesia complications,improves the ability of medical staff to evaluate the condition,improves the quality of medical care,and ensures the safety of patients.Doctors and nurses have higher satisfaction.
