摘 要:基于修正平均应力法,分析了TC17钛合金压气机轮盘型面尺寸参数对径向和周向破裂转速的影响,并对破裂模式的转变进行预判。进而设计了针对径向破裂模式的轮盘试验件,并开展了TC17钛合金压气机轮盘的破裂试验。轮盘破裂试验结果与修正平均应力法计算结果吻合较好,计算的破裂转速储备与试验结果的误差由修正前的7.24%下降为修正后的0.72%,可为工程应用提供依据。Based on the modified average stress method, the effects of the profile dimension parameters of TC17 titanium alloy compressor disk on the radial and circumferential burst speed were analyzed,and the transformation of burst mode was predicted. Furthermore,the test disks for radial burst mode were designed, and burst tests of TC17 titanium alloy compressor disk were carried out. The test results of disk burst are in good agreement with the calculated results of the modified average stress method. The error between the calculated burst speed reserve and the test results decreases from 7. 24% before correction to 0. 72% after correction, which can provide a basis for engineering application.
