论职务犯罪人员的关押模式及管教策略

摘　　要：职务犯是监狱罪犯群体中的一个特殊群体。由于捕前身份的特殊性,其服刑受到社会各界的关注。对职务犯如何关押、管理和改造,是监狱机关面临的一个新课题。职务犯管理过程中,要严格落实分级处遇,做好生活卫生工作,严格计分考核。对职务犯的教育要强化身份意识和认罪悔罪教育,发挥个别教育、亲情帮教和心理矫治的作用,切实提高职务犯教育改造质量。Duty criminals are a special group of Prison Criminals. Due to the particularity of their identity before arrest, their imprisonment has attracted the attention of all sectors of society. How to detain, manage and reform duty criminals is a new topic faced by prison organs. In the process of the management of job-related criminals, we should strictly implement the treatment at different levels, do a good job in life and health, and strictly score and assess. The education of duty criminals should strengthen the awareness of identity and the education of confession and repentance, give play to the role of individual education, family help and education and psychological correction, and effectively improve the quality of education and reform of duty criminals.
