摘　　要：2020年初,武汉暴发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,后波及全国各省份,这场影响了各行各业的疫情,也给监狱带来巨大损失和影响。痛定思痛,疫情之下监狱不仅不能停止运行,还需要加强管控,社会防疫与监狱防疫联动同步,既防犯情又防疫情,既要防疫情输入又要防疫情输出,需要具有法律效力的操作依据。At the beginning of 2020, the new COVID-19 coronary pneumonia epidemic broke out in Wuhan. This epidemic started in Wuhan, Hubei, and spread to all provinces across the country and affected all walks of life. It brought huge losses and impacts to the whole country but also to prisons. After recollecting the pain, not only can the prison not stop operating under the epidemic situation, but also need to strengthen the management and control. The social epidemic prevention and the prison epidemic prevention should be synchronized to prevent both crimes and epidemics. It is necessary to prevent the import and export of the epidemic, and a legal basis for operation is required.
