摘　　要：生殖道沙眼衣原体感染是全球的重要公共卫生问题。感染的人群大部分表现为无症状,未经治疗的持续感染可能会产生严重后果。对感染者的早期发现和治疗是控制生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的重要措施,而对目标人群的筛查是早期发现的关键。随着互联网技术的不断发展,目前,部分国家已经实施了基于互联网的生殖道沙眼衣原体自我采样传递检测项目,包括“获取自我采样服务包”“自我采样”“标本传递”“标本检测”“结果告知和转介服务”5个基本要素。本文小结了国内外生殖道沙眼衣原体自我采样传递检测的应用现状,并对自我采样传递检测基本要素的相关研究进行综述。Urogenital infections of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)remain an important global public health issue.Most of CT infections are asymptomatic and untreated infections,which can cause severe complications.Early detection and treatment of infected persons is an important measure to control CT infection.The screening of target population is the key to early detection.With the continuous development of internet technology,at present,some countries have set up the internet-based testing program for detection of CT infections,which involves 5 main steps as self-sampling kit request,self-sampling,sample delivery,sample testing and result notification and referral service.In this review,self-sampling program for detection of CT infections and the basic elements of the service have been summarized.
