特布他林与布地奈德共同治疗慢阻肺的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:本次研究主要分析特布他林与布地奈德共同治疗慢阻肺的临床效果。方法:本次研究的研究样本为到我院接受诊治的慢阻肺患者,样本数量为100例,然后采用随机分组法将所有患者均分为研究组(50例)与常规组(50例),分组完成后分别给予两组患者不同的治疗方案进行治疗,其中常规组患者采取单一的特布他林进行治疗,研究组患者采取特布他林与布地奈德共同治疗,之后分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、肺功能相关指标、治疗满意度及生活质量等指标。结果:通过对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗满意度、肺功能相关指标及生活质量可知,研究组患者的以上指标改善情况更佳(P<0.05);通过对比两组患者的不良反应发生情况可知,研究组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢阻肺患者的治疗应采取特布他林与布地奈德共同治疗,这种治疗方式可以改善患者的生活质量及肺功能相关指标,并降低患者发生不良反应的风险,同时提升患者的治疗满意度及临床治疗效果。Objective:This study mainly analyzes the clinical effect of terbutaline and budesonide in the treatment of COPD.Methods:the research sample of this study is 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital.Then,all patients were randomly divided into study group(50 cases)and routine group(50 cases).After grouping,the patients in the routine group were treated with different treatment schemes.The patients in the routine group were treated with single terbutaline,The patients in the study group were treated with terbutaline and budesonide,and then the clinical treatment effect,adverse reactions,lung function related indicators,treatment satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results:by comparing the clinical treatment effect,treatment satisfaction,lung function related indexes and quality of life between the two groups,the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was better(P<0.05);By comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:terbutaline and budesonide should be used in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.This treatment can improve the quality of life and related indexes of pulmonary function,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and improve the treatment satisfaction and clinical treatment effect of patients.
