摘  要:为了使变径缆在绞车储缆滚筒上能够整齐缠绕,本文设计了一套伺服排缆系统,选取可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和人机界面(HMI)作为总控单元,采用离散的跟随方法实现排缆机构对储缆滚筒的精确跟随;通过霍尔传感器和设置在变径连接件中的磁环实现变径信号的获取,从而实现自动变径;在排缆机构到达两端换向处加入了延时机制,以保证缆绳两端的排缆效果。另外,可通过HMI适时修改缆径、延时时间等参数对排缆系统进行优化。经过海上试验证明,变径缆在伺服排缆系统绞车上排缆整齐、紧密、高效,基本不需要人工干预,达到了良好的应用效果,该系统可以在使用单一缆径的绞车和使用两种以上缆径的绞车上推广应用。In order to make the variable diameter cable can be neatly coiled around the winch,this paper designed a set of servo cable ar-rangement system.PLC and HMI are selected as the master control unit,and the discrete following method is adopted to realize the precise following of the cable guiding mechanism to the coiler mandrel.Through the Hall sensor and the magnetic ring set in the variable diameter to achieve the signal of the diameter changed,so as to achieve automatic changing diameter;In order to ensure the effect of spooling at both ends,a delay mechanism is added where the cable guiding mechanism reaches the reversing direction at both ends.In addition,HMI can realize the choice of automatic or manual cable coiling mode,timely modify the cable diameter,delay time and other parameters to optimize the cable arrangement system.Many times of long-term operation and sea trials have proved that the variable diameter cable can be coiled neatly,close-knit and efficiently on the winch of the servo cable arrangement system,and there is almost no need for manual intervention.The system can be popularized and applied to the winch with single cable diameter and the winch with more than two cable diameters.
