溶解氧传感器校准过程氧浓度调节方法优化研究

摘  要:针对当前溶解氧传感器校准中缺乏对水体氧浓度调节方法研究的现状,本文以AADI 3835溶解氧传感器为实验对象,从重现性、稳定性及实用性三方面对亚硫酸钠、纯氮/氧气和氮氧混合气体等3种常用的水体氧浓度调节方式进行了对比分析,并在溶解氧传感器校准过程中进行了实际应用。研究结果表明:3种调节方式均可有效改变水体氧浓度,但具体表现存在显著差异,氮氧混合气体调节方式的重现性和稳定性均最佳;纯氮/氧气调节方式具有较好的大范围调节能力,但小幅调节氧浓度的精准度较差;氮氧混合气体调节方式不受初始浓度和鼓气时长影响,且可以通过更改鼓气比例实现氧浓度的小幅精细调节,具有较好的实用性。基于重现性、稳定性和实用性三方面对比,以及在实际校准过程的应用情况分析,氮氧混合气体调节方式在校准控制效率和校准结果精度方面均具有较好表现,可作为溶解氧传感器自动化校准控制的主要氧浓度调节方式。In view of the lack of research on the adjustment methods of water oxygen concentration in the calibration of dissolved oxygen sensor,this paper takes AADI 3835 dissolved oxygen sensor as the experimental object,compares and analyzes three commonly used adjustment methods of water oxygen concentration,such as sodium sulfite,pure nitrogen/oxygen and nitrogen-oxygen mixed gas,from three aspects of reproducibility,stability and practicality,and applies them in the calibration process of dissolved oxygen sensor.The results show that the three adjustment methods can effectively change the oxygen concentration in water,but there are significant differences in specific performance.The reproducibility and stability of nitrogen-oxygen mixed gas adjustment method are the best.The pure nitrogen/oxygen adjustment mode has a good ability to adjust in a large range,but the accuracy of adjusting the oxygen concentration in a small range is poor.The adjustment mode of the nitrogen mixed gas is not affected by the initial concentration and the blowing time,and the small and fine adjustment of the oxygen concentration can be realized by changing the blowing ratio,which has good practicability.Based on the comparison of reproducibility,stability and practicality,as well as the analysis of the application in the actual calibration process,the nitrogen-oxygen proportional mixed gas adjustment method has a good performance in calibration control efficiency and calibration result accuracy,and can be used as the main oxygen concentration adjustment method for automatic calibration control of dissolved oxygen sensors.
