摘　　要：本文基于对我国电镀行业废水处理现状的分析,提出研制电镀工业园区废水处理与回用技术规范国家标准的意义和必要性,进而阐述了电镀工业园区废水处理与回用技术规范国家标准的核心技术内容,包括研制基本原则、标准适用范围和关键术语定义、电镀工业园区废水分类与收集、水量与水质、废水处理、深度处理及回用、污泥处理与处置、废气处理、总体设计、监测与控制、应急事故与安全、运行维护与管理等方面的技术要求等。通过国标的研制与实施,将有助于推动我国电镀工业园区废水处理与回用的规范化发展,以标准化手段引领我国电镀行业的健康、绿色、可持续发展。Based on the analysis of the current situation of wastewater treatment in electroplating industry in China,the significance and necessity of developing national standards for wastewater treatment and reuse in electroplating industrial parks are put forward, the core technical contents of the national standards for wastewater treatment and reuse in electroplating industrial park are described, including the development of basic principles, standard scope of application and definition of key terms, electroplating industrial park waste water classification and collection, water quantity and quality, waste water treatment, advanced treatment and reuse, sludge treatment and disposal, waste gas treatment, overall design, monitoring and control, emergency and safety, operation, maintenance and management technical requirements. The development and implementation of national standards will help to promote the standardization of wastewater treatment and reuse in electroplating industrial park, and lead the healthy, green and sustainable development of electroplating industry by standardization.
