摘　　要：基于用户体验的视角,研究鸿蒙和安卓手机操作系统质量特性,对于我国数字技术战略的发展、企业竞争优势的获取以及用户体验的提升具有重要意义。为减少传统的IPA评价方法受到的主观因素影响,本文通过有序Logit模型引入隐性重要度。使用改进的IPA方法充分挖掘问卷数据,完成鸿蒙和安卓手机操作系统体验质量特性的分析,最终给出优化策略优先级。From the perspective of user experience, it is important and necessary to study the quality characteristics of mobile HarmonyOS and AndroidOS for the development of China’s digital technology strategy, the acquisition of enterprise competitive advantages and the improvement of user experience. In order to reduce the influence of subjective factors on the traditional IPA evaluation method, the implicit importance is introduced through ordered logit model in this paper. With the help of the improved IPA method, questionnaire data are fully mined and the analysis of mobile Harmony OS and AndroidOS experience quality characteristics is completed to come up with the priority of optimization strategies.
