摘  要:本研究基于盐酸小檗碱(Berberine Hydrochloride,BBR)在pH=6.09的B-R缓冲溶液中,于-1.3~-1.4 V(vs.SCE)电位范围有一灵敏的还原峰,而全氟辛烷磺酸(Perfluorooctane Sulphonate,PFOS)与BBR可通过静电作用形成离子缔合物,减少溶液中可还原的BBR,导致溶液峰电流下降,其峰电流的变化值在PFOS浓度范围为0.2~60μmol/L时,呈良好的相关性,据此建立了单扫描极谱法检测PFOS的新方法,方法检测限为0.13μmol/L。对于实际样品的分析测定,回收率在95.00%~105.50%之间,满足分析要求。本法分析成本低,操作方法、快捷、较灵敏,可以选择作为水样中PFOS快速检测的方法之一。A method for the determination of perfluorooctane sulphonate(PFOS) by polarography is established in this study.It is based on the fact that berberine hydrochloride(BBR) has a sensitive reduction peak in the potential range of-1.3 to-1.4 V(vs.SCE) in the B-R buffer solution and an ion association complex is formed between PFOS and BBR through electrostatic interaction, which result in the decrease of concentration of reducible BBR and its peak current.The peak current has negative correlation with the concentration of PFOS over the range of 0.2-60 μmol/L,and the detection limit is 0.13 μmol/L.The recovery is 95.00%-105.50% when this method is used to analyze the actual samples, which meets the analysis requirements.With the advantages of low cost, flexibility, and good responsiveness, this method can be selected as one of the methods for rapid determination of PFOS in water samples.
