摘  要:本文对一步水热法合成的氮掺杂麦芽糖蓝色荧光碳点(NCDs)进行研究,发现NCDs表面具有丰富的官能团,其水溶性良好,光稳定性强,荧光量子产率可达30.42%,高于掺杂前。基于药物卡马西平和琥乙红霉素对NCDs的荧光具有选择性和有效地猝灭作用,据此以NCDs为荧光探针,建立了一种测定卡马西平和琥乙红霉素的荧光分析新方法。该方法中卡马西平和琥乙红霉素溶液的线性范围分别为0.01~1.1μg/mL和0.01~1.7μg/mL,检出限分别为5.0 ng/mL和8.0 ng/mL。A nitrogen doped maltose blue fluorescent of carbon dots(NCDs) were synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method.It was found that the NCDs had rich functional groups on the surface, so they had good water-solubility and strong optical stability, with a fluorescence quantum yield up to 30.42% higher than pre-doping.Based on this, the fluorescence of NCDs was selectively and effectively quenched by the drugs carbamazepine(CAMP) and erythromycin(EMES).The quenching mechanisms might be assumed to the static quenching.Based on this principle, a novel fluorescence probe was developed for the determination of CAMP and EMES.At the same time, the proposed probe showed excellent sensitivity and selectivity towards CAMP and EMES with wide linear ranges of 0.01-1.1 μg/mL and 0.01-1.7 μg/mL,and the detection limits of 5.0 ng/mL and 8.0 ng/mL.
