摘 要:为提高活性炭脱除燃煤烟气中汞的能力,采用热处理方法对硫改性活性炭的制备进行研究,考察了硫改性活性炭热处理温度、保温时间对其表面结构、孔容孔径、热重变化和吸附汞性能的影响。结果表明:不同温度热处理改性,对活性炭微孔结构和孔容的丰富、强化硫炭原子间的结合以及有效硫负载量的增加具有重要作用;改性后汞吸附性能从600ug/g提升到1250ug/g,有效增强了硫改性活性炭的吸附性能。In order to improve the ability of activated carbon removing mercury from coal-fired flue gas,the preparation of sulfur-modified activated carbon was studied by heat treatment.The effects of heat treatment temperature and heat preservation time on the surface structure,pore size,thermogravimetric changes and mercury adsorption properties of sulfur modified activated carbon were investigated.The results show that the modification at different temperatures is beneficial to the further enrichment of the mi-croporous structure and pore volume of activated carbon,the strengthening of the binding between sulfur and carbon atoms,and the increase of effective sulfur loading.The adsorption performance of sulfur modified activated carbon was increased from 600 ug/g to 1250 ug/g.
