贾府姓名中的德礼政刑思想

摘　　要：关于贾府五代人的姓名,仍有不少问题值得探究。如果将贾府最主要的贾赦、贾政、贾珍三家姓名分别作为整体予以观照,可以发现其各有所侧重:贾赦一家跟法有关,涉及刑与赦;贾政一家姓名核心是政,涉及德和礼。德礼政刑是中国古代社会治理的核心内容,作者在贾赦、贾政两家姓名中寄寓了其对德礼政刑的认识和态度。贾珍一家姓名跟情有关,纵情任性,无视礼法,对另外两家姓名起到补充映衬的作用。There are still many problems worth exploring about the names of the five generations of Jia’s mansion family. If we take three family’s names of Jia She, Jia Zheng and Jia Zhen as a whole, we can find that they have different emphases: For Jia She’ family, their couples’ names connect with law, incorporating punishment and amnesty;The core name of Jia Zheng’s family is administration, which involves morality and etiquette. Morality, etiquette, administration and law are the core contents of social governance in ancient China. The author expresses his understanding and attitude towards morality, etiquette, administration and law in the names of Jia She and Jia Zheng. The names of Jia Zhen’s family are related to sentiment. They indulge in willfulness and ignore etiquette and law, which plays a supplementary role in setting off the other two names.
