摘 要:为了研究OSB(oriented strand board)与混凝土层的厚度变化对于新型结构保温一体化墙板抗侧性能的影响,本次试验设计制作了八块新型结构保温板(structural insulated panels,SIP),分别通过单向与低周往复进行加载,探究8块新型SIP在承载力、位移、延性、耗能、抗侧刚度及延性等方面的性能。结果表明:在水平荷载的作用下,墙体试件出现了破坏,破坏部位主要集中在底部,钉子将OSB板撕裂,木肋与木垫块劈裂,混凝土层未发生明显破坏但与OSB板出现错动,EPS泡沫与OSB板牢固可靠,加载过程中未出现分离破坏现象。通过对比分析,试件前期未屈服时刚度较大,屈服后刚度退化明显。试件的滞回曲线出现捏缩现象,不饱满。对比试件的抗剪强度、极限位移、弹性抗侧刚度,同等条件下OSB板层越厚,受力性能越好。In order to study the influence of the thickness change of oriented strand board(OSB)board and concrete layer on the lateral resistance of the new structural thermal insulation integrated wallboard,eight new structural insulated panels(SIP)were designed and manufactured.They were loaded in one direction and low cycle respectively to explore the performance of the eight new SIP wallboards in terms of bearing capacity,displacement,ductility,energy consumption,lateral stiffness and ductility.The results show that under the action of horizontal load,the wall specimens are damaged,the bottom of the main parts of the failure site is concentrated,the nails tear the OSB board,the wood ribs split with the wood blocks,the concrete layer has not been damaged obviously,but the OSB plate has been wrongly moved,and the EPS foam and the OSB board have been firmly and reliably.Through comparative analysis,the stiffness of the specimen is large when it is not yielding in the early stage,and the stiffness degradation is obvious after yielding.The hysteretic curve of the specimen is pinched and not full.Compared with the shear strength,ultimate displacement and elastic lateral stiffness of the specimen,the thicker the OSB plate layer is,the better the mechanical performance is.
