摘  要:超高性能混凝土(ultra-high performance concrete,UHPC)具有高强、高韧和耐腐蚀等特性,前景广阔。高水泥含量是导致UHPC经济效益低、环境污染重和能源消耗高的重要因素之一,限制了其广泛应用。相较于水泥,硅灰、粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣、石灰石粉和偏高岭土及稻壳灰等掺合料的CO_(2)排放与能耗更低,作为工业或农业废弃物来部分替代水泥,配置低水泥用量UHPC意义重大。在UHPC特有的超低水灰比条件下,各掺合料的理化性质差异明显,水化过程中可同时产生一种或多种效应,包括增塑效应、微集料效应、火山灰效应、形态效应和温峰削减效应,综合对比各掺合料水化结果,硅灰和粉煤灰对UHPC产生的影响最为突出。合理的单掺对减小基体孔隙率、优化孔结构,提高UHPC工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能效果显著,多掺形成的多元复合胶凝体系可相互促进原材料之间的水化耦合,弥补高含量单掺替代水泥引起的稀释或增稠等缺陷,制备出更高品质的UHPC。可见,深入揭示掺合料在UHPC中的应用对于完善现有的堆积理论模型,高效利用原材料和废物再利用至关重要。Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has the characteristics of high strength,high toughness and corrosion resistance,and has broad prospects.High cement content is one of the important factors leading to low economic benefit,heavy environmental pollution and high energy consumption of UHPC,which limits its wide application.Compared with cement,the CO_(2) emission and energy consumption of silica fume,fly ash,ground granulated blast-furnace slag,limestone powder,metakaolin and rice husk ash are lower.As industrial or agricultural waste to partially replace cement,it is of great significance to configure low cement content UHPC.Under the unique ultra-low water-cement ratio of UHPC,the physical and chemical properties of each admixture are significantly different,and one or more effects can be produced simultaneously in the hydration process,including plasticizing effect,micro-aggregate effect,pozzolanic effect,morphological effect and temperature peak reduction effect.By comprehensively comparing the hydration results of each admixture,the influence of silica fume and fly ash on UHPC is the most prominent.Reasonable single doping has obvious effects on reducing the porosity of the matrix,optimizing the pore structure,and improving the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of UHPC.The multiple composite cementitious system formed by multiple doping can promote the hydration coupling between raw materials,make up for the defects such as dilution or thickening caused by high content of single doping instead of cement,and prepare higher quality UHPC.It can be seen that further revealing the application of admixtures in UHPC is essential to improve the existing stacking theoretical model and to efficiently utilize raw materials and wastes.
