摘  要:为提高微电网运行的经济性、降低网络中的碳排放量和有功功率损耗,提出了一种基于Tent混沌映射NSGA-Ⅱ算法的微电网能量优化管理方法。该方法采用双层能量优化管理:上层采用模糊管理系统确定微电网运行模式,下层采用改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法对能量进行优化管理。首先在多约束条件下,建立以微电网运行经济性、网络中碳排放量和有功功率损耗为目标函数的多目标优化数学模型。其次在多目标优化数学模型求解过程中,引入Tent混沌映射方法来增加NSGA-Ⅱ算法的种群多样性,以提高算法的全局搜索能力,同时利用隶属度函数确定微电网能量优化管理策略。最后运用欧洲一典型微电网作为算例,验证本文所提基于Tent映射NSGA-Ⅱ算法的合理性和有效性,仿真结果表明:改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法具有良好的优化效果,使得微电网运行的经济性较传统算法提高了14.55%;碳排放量减小了3.10%,可实现对微电网多目标的优化。In order to improve the economy of microgrid operation and reduce the carbon emissions and active power loss in the network,a microgrid energy optimization management method based on Tent chaotic map NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm was proposed.The method adopted two-layer energy optimization management:the upper layer used the fuzzy management system to determine the operation mode of the microgrid,and the lower layer used the improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm to optimize the energy management.Firstly,under multi-constraints,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model was established,which took the economy of microgrid operation,carbon emissions and active power loss as objective functions.Secondly,in the process of solving the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization,the Tent chaotic mapping method was introduced to increase the population diversity of the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm to improve the global search ability of the algorithm.At the same time,the membership function was used to determine the microgrid energy optimization management strategy.Finally,a typical European microgrid was used as an example to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm based on Tent map.The simulation results show that the improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm has a good optimization effect,which improves the economy of microgrid operation by 14.55%compared with the traditional algorithm,and reduces carbon emissions by 3.10%,which can achieve multi-objective optimization of microgrid.
