摘  要:针对盾构在大粒径、高强度的漂石地层中掘进的难题,依托北京地铁16号线榆~宛区间工程实例,通过设置盾构掘进试验段,对比分析了采取不同刀盘形式盾构的掘进参数、掘进效率、刀具磨损等参数,得到了更具适应性的漂石处理方案和盾构选型方案。试验结果表明:相比于辐条面板复合式刀盘,采取“以排为主”的漂石处理原则的辐条式刀盘对大粒径漂石地层更具适应性;采用辐板辐条复合式刀盘的盾构掘进时刀盘泡沫注入孔更易发生堵塞,综合掘进效率比辐条式刀盘盾构低35%;漂石地层的高强度、高磨蚀性漂石对刀具的损害严重,辐条刀盘的边缘撕裂刀、保径刀磨损大,刮刀出现非正常磨损的比例高,复合式刀盘部分滚刀出现刀圈崩裂,刮刀破损严重,泡沫口被严重损坏,降低了施工效率。Aiming at the difficulty of shield tunneling in large-diameter and high-strength boulders and based on the example of the Yu-Wan section of Beijing Subway Line 16 and carried a shield tunneling test to compare tunneling parameters,tunneling efficiency,and tool wear with different cutterhead forms,and a more adaptive construction and shield selection plan was obtained.The test results show that:compared with the spoke-panel composite cutterhead,the spoke-type cutterhead adopted the principle of“discharge boulders”was more adaptable.The foam injection hole of the composite cutterhead was easier to block than the spoke-type cutterhead during construction,and the comprehensive tunneling efficiency was 35%lower than that of the spoked cutterhead shield.The cutters were seriously damaged by boulders with high strength and high abrasiveness.The edge cutters on the spoke were worn out,and the scraper has a high proportion of abnormal wear.The cutter ring of the hobs on the composite cutterhead was cracked,the scraper is severely damaged,and the foam injection ports were blockaded,which affects the construction efficiency.
