摘　　要：对中部地区2005—2018年普惠金融的发展状况及动态演进展开研究。通过构建普惠金融指标体系,借助综合改进TOPSIS法测算中部地区普惠金融发展指数IFI值,首次运用核密度估计法刻画中部地区普惠金融的动态演进过程,并利用Markov链方法分析中部地区普惠金融发展水平的收敛性。研究结果表明目前中部六省普惠金融的发展水平还较低,但各省之间的发展差异随着时间的变化不断减小;金融排斥、两极分化现象与政府对普惠金融的重视程度有关;中部地区普惠金融的发展水平有趋同性。This article conducts research on the development and dynamic evolution of inclusive finance in the central region of China from 2005 to 2018.By constructing an inclusive financial indicator system,using the comprehensively improved TOPSIS method to measure the value of the Inclusive Financial Development Index(IFI)in the central region of China,the Kernel density estimation method is used for the first time to characterize the dynamic evolution of inclusive finance,and the Markov chain method is used to analyze the central region’s popularization convergence of the development level of inclusive finance.The research conclusions show that the level of development of inclusive finance in the six central provinces of China is still relatively low,but the development differences between the provinces have diminished over time;that the phenomenon of financial exclusion and polarization is related to the government’s emphasis on inclusive finance;and that the level of development of inclusive finance in the central region is convergent.
