摘  要:目的使用二喹啉甲酸(bicinchoninic acid,BCA)法评价不同清洗方法对金属管的清洗效果。方法24件金属管分为手工清洗、喷淋清洗、脉动真空清洗3组,每组8件,通过二喹啉甲酸法检测残留蛋白。结果手工清洗组残留蛋白含量为130~300μg/件,喷淋清洗组残留蛋白含量为64~104μg/件,脉动真空清洗组残留蛋白含量为39~67μg/件,喷淋清洗组和脉动真空清洗组的器械清洗质量明显高于手工清洗组,脉动真空清洗组的清洗质量高于喷淋清洗组。结论3种方法清洗效果都能达标,脉动真空清洗组的清洗质量最高。Objective To study the cleaning effect of different methods of bicinchoninic acid(BCA)on lumen instruments.Methods Manual cleaning,spray cleaning and pulse vacuum cleaning were select to compare the cleaning effect by BCA methods to detect the residual proteins,so as to evaluate the cleaning effect.Each group had 8 pieces of lumen instruments.Results The average residual protein of manual cleaning method was 300-1130μg/piece,the average residual protein of spray cleaning method was 64-104μg/piece,and the average residual protein of pulse vacuum cleaning method was 39-67μg/piece.The cleaning quality of pulse vacuum cleaning and spray cleaning was obvious better than manual cleaning.Conclusion The three cleaning methods can meet the standard requirements of residual protein,and the cleaning quality of pulse vacuum cleaning is the best.
