摘  要:目的观察失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在眼科精密器械清洗过程中的应用效果。方法将2019年1—6月从手术室使用后回收的全部眼科精密器械作为对照组,将2019年7—12月从手术室使用后回收的全部眼科精密器械作为观察组,应用FMEA评估在眼科精密器械在回收清洗过程中可能出现的器械遗失、非正常耗损、清洗质量不佳等问题,制订针对性的改进措施进行干预。结果运用FMEA改进工作流程后,眼科器械清洗合格率提高,器械遗失率降低,器械耗损率,周转困难率和交接不清率降低(P<0.05)。结论FMEA的运用提高了眼科精密器械的回收清洗过程管理质量。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in the recovery and cleaning of ophthalmic precision instruments.Methods All the ophthalmic precision equipment recovered from the operating room from January to June 2018 was treated as the control group,and all the ophthalmic precision equipment recovered from July to December 2018 was treated as the observation group.FMEA was used to evaluate the problems(Such as equipment loss,abnormal wear,poor cleaning quality,etc.)that may occur during the recovery and cleaning of ophthalmic precision instruments,and formulate specific improvement measures(Such as choosing suitable recycling cleaning tools,optimizing the recycling process,optimizing the cleaning process,etc.)to intervene.Results After applying FMEA analysis and improving the work process,the cleaning qualification rate of ophthalmic instruments was improved,the device loss rate was reduced,and the equipment wear rate,the turnover difficulty rate and the unclear handover rate was reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The failure mode and effect analysis method has a good effect in the recovery and cleaning of ophthalmic precision instruments.
