摘　　要：介绍了全球生物基材料产业发展简况,并进行分析预测;结合国内外相关产业政策,指出生物基材料将是我国战略性新兴产业的主攻方向;提出了包括全面推动区域示范龙头项目建设,稳步构建多元化高端化产业脉络,有序培育差异化定制化细分市场,重点打造链条终端绿色创新集群,统筹优化区域产业共生发展模式等对策和建议。Brief development situations of international bio-based materials industry are introduced.The development tendencies are analyzed and predicted.Combined with the policies in China and overseas,it indicates that bio-based materials are critical directions of China's strategic emerging industry.Policies and suggestions are proposed,including entirely enhancing the construction of leading projects,steadily establishing the multivariant and advanced industry structure,orderly cultivating differentiated and customized markets,significantly creating the green innovation systems at industrial chain's terminal,and systematically optimizing the regional synergetic development mode etc.
