摘 要:主要研究了IN783合金经过1100℃固溶处理,采用0、5%、10%和15%不同的变形量进行冷压缩,再将所有试样在843℃下进行长达4个小时的β时效处理,利用SEM、显微镜分析其组织、β相析出的变化,显微硬度计检测硬度性能变化的情况。结果表明:随着冷变形量的增加,β相析出量从少量到大量析出,β相析出分布在晶界处比较明显,并且尺寸细小呈颗粒状,晶内数量较少呈针状,但是随着冷变形量的继续增大,β相开始在晶内大量析出,并呈细针状开始长大;显微硬度测试表明随着β相析出的增多,IN783合金显微硬度稍有增大。In this study the IN783 alloy was treated by solid solution treatment at 1100 ℃,and then cold compression was carried out with different deformation amounts(0,5%,10% and 15%).Then all samples went through 4 h β aging treatment at 843 ℃.The microstructure and β phase change were analyzed by using SEM and microscope, and the mechanical properties were analyzed by using micro-hardness tester.The results showed that, with the increase of the cold deformation, the β phase precipitation increased;the β phase precipitation was obvious at the grain boundary, and was fine and granular;the β phase precipitation in the crystal was less and in needle shape;with the continuous increase of the cold deformation, the β phase began to precipitate in a large amount in the crystal, and began to grow in fine needle shape.Micro-hardness test showed that with the increase of the β phase precipitation, the micro-hardness of the IN783 alloy increased slightly.
