摘  要:某型发动机一批TC25合金Ⅱ级高压压气机盘在进行X射线探伤检查时,发现其中一件零件的轮缘部位有一处高密显示;通过对高密显示缺陷进行金相检查、SEM电镜观察及工艺复查,确定了高密显示缺陷的性质及产生原因。试验结果表明:高密缺陷显示的性质为钨夹杂;缺陷产生的原因与原材料厂家在加工TC25合金电极棒料时,使用的YG8刀头崩刀掉入电极有关。鉴于此类缺陷可以采用X射线探伤检查发现,因此对这批高压压气机盘重新进行X光检查,检测合格的零件正常加工及后续使用,不合格零件按单件报废处理。During X-ray flaw detection of a batch of TC25 alloy class II high-pressure compressor discs, it was found that there was a high-density display at the rim of one part.Through metallographic examination, SEM observation, and process review of the high-density display defect, the properties and causes of the high-density display defect were determined.The test results showed that the high-density display defect was tungsten inclusion.The reason for the defect was related to the YG8 cutter head falling into the electrode when processing the TC25 alloy electrode bar.Since such defects can be found by X-ray flaw detection, X-ray inspection shall be conducted again for this batch of high-pressure compressor discs.The qualified parts shall be processed normally and used later, and the unqualified parts shall be scrapped.
