摘　　要：韩国保守政党国民力量党候选人尹锡悦成功当选韩国第20届总统。本次大选过程中两强候选人支持率的胶着、大选中中国议题的凸显和两强候选人均有丑闻在身三个特点表明了韩国社会政治倾向的分裂以及韩国在复杂内外形势下国家面临着艰难的政策选择。在此背景之下,尹锡悦政府面临的政治、经济以及外交上的重要课题,主要包括政治上的国民“统合”与国政“协治”、经济上要在兼顾内外形势的基础上推动经济均衡增长以及外交上对美中日俄朝外交的考验。中国需要谨慎观察韩国新政府的政策走向并以灵活的对韩外交方略加以应对。ROK’s conservative People Power Party candidate Yoon Suk-yeol was successfully elected as the 20 th president.The stalemate in the support rate of the two top candidates in this election process,the prominence of Chinese issues in the general election,and the fact that the two top candidates have scandals show the split of ROK’s social political tendencies and ROK is faced with difficult policy choices in a complex internal and external situation.Against this background,Yoon Suk-yeol Administration is faced with important political,economic and diplomatic issues,mainly including the realization of unity with citizens and the cooperation with the opposition on state affairs politically,and the need to promote balanced economic growth on the basis of taking into account the internal and external situations.And diplomacy is mainly faced with the test of the diplomacy with the United States,China,Japan,Russia and DPRK.China needs to carefully observe the policy direction of the new government of ROK and respond to it with a flexible foreign policy.
