摘  要:为了研究丛枝菌根真菌对沙冬青幼苗的接种效应,对盆栽沙冬青幼苗分别接种摩西球囊霉、幼套球囊霉、根内球囊霉3种丛枝菌根真菌,测定样苗成活率、侵染率、生长量及养分含量等指标。结果表明:3种丛枝菌根真菌均不影响样苗移栽成活率,均能与沙冬青幼苗形成菌根,侵染率40~50%;摩西球囊霉接种对样苗高、径、干物质生长和N、P、K吸收积累均有促进作用;幼套球囊霉接种样苗含水率最小,根冠比最大。总之,摩西球囊霉可以有效促进沙冬青幼苗生长,具有开发促进生长菌肥的潜力;幼套球囊霉可以提高幼苗耐旱性能,具有开发增强苗木抗逆性能的菌肥的前景。In order to study the inoculum effects of Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungus on Ammopiptanthus mongolicus.The seedling A.mongolicus were respectively inoculated with Glomus mosseae,G.etunicatum and G.intraradices under potted conditions,measuring its index about survival rate,infection rate,growth and nutrient absorption etc.The results showed:3 Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi hardly affected the transplanting survival rate of sample seedlings,and three Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can form symbiotic relationship with A.mongolica seedlings,infection rate between 40%~50%.G.mosseae promoted seedling height,ground diameter growth,dry-weight and N,P,and K accumulation of A.mongolica seedlings.The moisture content were lowest and root-shoot ratio were the highest of A.mongolica seedlings inoculated with G.etunicatum.Therefore,G.mosseae has the potential to develop bacterial fertilizer to promote the growth of A.mongolicum seedlings,and G.etunicatum has the prospect of developing xerophytic bacterial fertilizer for A.mongolicum seedlings.
