摘 要:针对中低温煤焦油全馏分原料中机械杂质、金属、芳烃等含量高的特点,开发了煤焦油全馏分低压预处理-固定床加氢提质组合工艺技术。中型试验结果表明:以中低温煤焦油为原料,采用该组合工艺,可生产硫质量分数小于10μg/g的清洁柴油组分,同时副产硫质量分数小于0.5μg/g、氮质量分数小于0.5μg/g、芳烃潜含量(w)达70%以上的可作优质催化重整原料的石脑油组分。所开发的中低温煤焦油全馏分加氢提质技术具有投资低、工艺流程简单、液体收率高和产品质量好等特点,实现了煤焦油资源的清洁利用,为我国煤炭清洁高效利用提供了技术支持。In view of the high contents of metal,particulate matter and aromatic hydrocarbon in full range mid-low temperature coal tar,the combined technology of low-pressure pretreatment-fixed bed hydrogenation was developed.The results of pilot plant indicated that the clean diesel fraction with sulfur content less than 20μg/g could be produced by the combined process using mid-low temperature coal tar as raw material,at the same time,the by-product naphtha with the sulfur less than 0.5μg/g,the nitrogen less than 0.5μg/g,and the aromatic potential content(w)more than 70%could be used as exccellent reformer feed.The hydro-upgrading technology of full fraction of mid-low temperature coal tar had the characteristics of low investment,simple process,and high liquid yield and good product quality.It provides the technical support for the clean and efficient utilization of coal in China.
