高苛刻度延迟焦化装置掺炼催化裂化油浆的工业实践

摘　　要：针对延迟焦化装置掺炼催化裂化油浆的问题,采用重油微型热反应装置,研究了催化裂化油浆的热反应特性。结果表明:尽管催化裂化油浆的残炭低于减压渣油,但在相同反应条件下,油浆的焦炭产率和气体产率均高于减压渣油;反应时间由2 h延长至4 h后,减压渣油的产品分布变化很小,而催化裂化油浆的焦炭产率降低了3.07百分点,表明催化裂化油浆热反应需要更多的热量和更高的反应苛刻度。通过工业装置焦化炉改造,进行了高苛刻度掺炼催化裂化油浆的工业实践。改造后在掺炼油浆条件下,焦化炉出口转化率由8%提高至12%,装置石油焦收率下降了1.1百分点,石油焦的挥发分质量分数降低了2.1百分点,表明原料的热转化程度有所提高,高苛刻度条件有利于油浆的深度转化。In order to solve the problem of mixing FCC slurry in delayed coking unit,the thermal reaction characteristics of FCC slurry were studied by using a heavy oil micro-thermal reactor.The results showed that the coke yield and gas yield of slurry were higher than that of the vacuum residue under the same reaction conditions,the product distribution of vacuum residue changed little with the reaction time increasing from 2 h to 4 h,and the coke yield of FCC slurry was decreased by 3.07 percentage points,which indicated that the more heat and higher reaction severity were needed in thermal reaction of FCC slurry.Through revamping the coking furnace of the industrial unit,the industrial practice of mixing FCC slurry with high severity was carried out.Under the condition of mixing FCC slurry,the conversion rate at the exit of coking furnace was increased from 8%to 12%,the yield of petroleum coke in the unit was reduced by 1.1 percentage points,and the volatile content of petroleum coke was reduced by about 2.1 percentage points,which indicated that the thermal conversion degree of feedstock was improved and the high severity condition was favorable for the deep conversion of slurry oil.
