摘　　要：为了揭示工业智能化技术水平不断提高对促进产业结构升级的影响效果及机制,在对工业智能化技术与产业结构升级之间关系进行理论分析基础上,利用2006—2018年中国30个省份的面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型的估计方法,实证考察工业智能化技术对产业结构升级的作用效果。研究发现:(1)工业智能化技术会显著促进产业结构升级,且在创新人才流动的空间权重矩阵下,工业智能化技术对产业结构升级有显著为正的空间溢出效应。(2)劳动力结构升级是工业智能化技术对产业结构升级作用的主要促进因素,地区高技能劳动力比例的提升能够有效促进工业智能化技术对产业结构升级的正面影响。(3)工业智能化技术对产业结构升级的影响以及劳动力结构升级的促进效果会因地区差异而表现不同效应,东部和中部地区促进效果与全国层面保持相对一致,西部不显著。为此,整体上应加大工业智能化技术支持力度,同时也要考虑智能化实施的地区差异性,促进高技能劳动力质量提升,以实现产业技术升级改造。Will the continuous improvement of industrial intelligence technology promote the upgrading of industrial structure?In order to reveal this problem,this paper empirically examines the effect of industrial intelligence technology on the upgrading of industrial structure based on the data of 30 provincial administrative regions from 2006 to 2018 in China and on the method of PSDM.And on the basis of theoretical analysis of the relationship between industrial intelligence technology and industrial structure upgrading.According to results,firstly,industrial intelligence technology will significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and under the spatial weight matrix of the flow of innovative talents,industrial intelligence technology has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure.Secondly,the upgrading of the labor structure is the main stimulating factor of the industrial intelligence technology in the upgrading of the industrial structure.The increase in the proportion of regional high-skilled labor can effectively promote this positive effects.Thirdly,from a regional perspective,the impact of industrial intelligence technology on the upgrading of the industrial structure and the promotion of the upgrading of the labor structure are different.This effect in the eastern and central region is consistent with the overall country,but the western regions are not significant.Therefore,overall support for industrial intelligence technology should be increased.We must consider the regional differences in the implementation of intelligence and promote the improvement of the quality of high-skilled labor to achieve industrial technology upgrading and transformation.
