摘　　要：禽网状内皮组织增生病毒(REV)是鸡群中常见的垂直传播性病毒之一,感染后可导致鸡群发生严重的免疫抑制,对于一些未净化REV的鸡群,在免疫新城疫活疫苗后某些鸡会加重发病趋势,怀疑通过鸡胚感染的REV和新城疫活疫苗在体内发挥了协同致病作用,为此本研究开展了模拟实验。从100枚SPF鸡胚中随机选择50枚SPF鸡胚通过卵黄囊接种REV,剩余50枚SPF鸡胚通过卵黄囊接种灭菌PBS。待孵化出雏后鸡胚接毒组和空白鸡胚对照组各取20只SPF鸡于7日龄时免疫新城疫活疫苗(La Sota株),同时鸡胚接毒组和空白鸡胚对照组各取20只SPF鸡于7日龄时接种PBS。结果显示:携带有REV的雏鸡再免疫活疫苗La Sota株后首先出现死亡,其体重明显低于其他组SPF鸡体重,免疫器官损伤程度比REV单独感染组更加严重,且显著高于对照组。本研究结果表明新城疫活疫苗La Sota株免疫后增强了REV对SPF鸡的致病作用,提示我们选择净化种源的重要性。Reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV)is one of the most common vertical transmission viruses,which can cause severe immunosuppression in chickens.It has been noted that on some chicken flocks without eradication of REV infection immunization with Newcastle disease virus(NDV)live vaccine(La Sota strain)caused severe clinical disease in chickens.Therefore,synergistic pathogenic effect has been suspected for chicken embryos infected with REV and administered NDV live vaccine.In this study,a simulation experiment was performed including randomly selected 507-day-old SPF chicken embryos for inoculation with REV via yolk sac and remaining 50 chicken embryos for injection with sterilize PBS via yolk sac as control.20 SPF chickens were collected from inoculated group and control group were inoculated with Newcastle disease virus live vaccine(La Sota strain)at 7 days old respectively,while 20 SPF chickens were collected from each group were inoculated with the same amount of PBS after hatching.The results in this study showed that the death occurred first in group of chicks infected with REV and inoculated with La Sota strain,the body weight was significantly lower than other groups.Furthermore,the damages of immune organs were more serious than REV infection group and significant higher than control group.The results indicated that the NDV live vaccine(La Sota strain)enhanced the pathogenicity of REV to SPF chickens,suggesting the importance of eradication of REV from population.
