摘　　要：国外发达国家种畜禽管理法律体系比较完善,可操作性强,能够较好地管理种畜禽的生产与经营、质量与安全、促进进出口贸易。本文通过梳理当前国外发达国家和中国的种畜禽法律法规,分析和总结其体系构建的特点,旨在为我国种畜禽管理法律体系的完善提供借鉴和参考。At present,the legal systems of breeding livestock management have been well established in developed countries,which are highly operational and helpful for production of breeding livestock,quality and safety,and promotion of import and export trade.In this paper,we introduced the laws and regulations concerning breeding livestock management in China and developed countries and analyze their features with the aim of providing references for the improvement of legal systems of breeding livestock management in China.
