发挥基层党员主体作用促进民族地区乡村组织振兴的思考——基于G省B市农村基层党员主体地位的调研

摘　　要：在实施乡村振兴战略中,组织振兴是保障,确保和强化农村党员的主体地位可以激发和增强基层党组织及党员的内生动力,从而助力乡村振兴。在民族地区,当地部分农村基层党组织及党员面临的现实困境已经成为制约当地实现乡村组织振兴的现实问题。有必要从突出基层党员主体地位入手,增强农村基层党组织的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力和社会号召力,为实现乡村组织振兴和推动乡村振兴提供组织保障。In the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Organizational revitalization is the guarantee,Ensuring and strengthening the dominant position of rural party members can stimulate and enhance the endogenous motivation of grass-roots party organizations and party members.thereby contributing to rural revitalization.In ethnic areas,The real predicament faced by some local rural grassroots party organizations and party members has become a real problem that restricts the realization of the revitalization of local rural organizations.It is necessary to start by highlighting the dominant position of grassroots party members,In order to enhance the political leadership,ideological leadership,mass organization and social appeal of rural grassroots party organizations,Provide organizational guarantee for the realization of rural organizational revitalization and the promotion of rural revitalization.
