摘  要:通过对原有旧制粒机进行改造形成新型混料制粒系统,延长混料时间5.3 min,混合料粒级提高5.59%,烧结负压降低0.57 kPa,提高风量1.6万m^(3),生产调整操作方针,采取厚料层慢机速烧结,烧结矿产量提高了105 t,返矿率降低了1.91%。Modification of the old granulator gave rise to a new type of granulating system,of which the mixing time is prolonged by 5.3 minutes the size grade of the mixture is increased by 5.59%,the sintering negative pressure is reduced by 0.57 kPa,the air volume is increased by 16000 m^(2).Correspondingly,the operation policy of production adjustment was adjusted mainly by adopting slow-speed sintering with thick material layer.As a result,the yield of sinter was increased by 105 t,and the rate of return ore was decreased by 1.91%.
