摘 要:采用原位化学氧化聚合法制备了三氧化二铁/聚苯胺(α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/PANI)纳米复合材料。使用XRD,SEM与FTIR对纳米复合材料的物相、组成和形貌进行了表征。使用该纳米复合材料对环氧树脂进行改性,并研究了改性后的复合涂料对Q235碳钢耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/PANI改性涂层的耐腐蚀性明显大于未改性涂层。当α-Fe_(2)O_(3)与苯胺质量比为2∶1时,改性复合涂料的腐蚀电流密度最小为4.786×10^(-5) mA/cm^(2),交流阻抗最大,改性后的环氧树脂复合涂料防腐蚀性能最好。α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/polyaniline(PANI)nanocomposites were synthesized by in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization.The phases,components and morphologies of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Epoxy resin coating was modified by the composites,and the corrosion protection properties of the composite coating to Q235 carbon steel were tested.The results show that the corrosion resistance of α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/PANI composite coating is obviously higher than unmodified.When the mass ratio ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3) and polyaniline is 1∶2,the corrosion current of the coating is 4.786×10^(-5) mA/cm^(2),the alternating current(AC)impedance of the coating is the largest,and the epoxy resin composites coating has the best corrosion resistance in all coating.
