摘 要:探究了硫化时间、硫化温度及装胶量对微孔橡胶垫板物理性能的影响。结果表明,随发泡温度提高,胶料的硫化速度、发泡速度逐步提高,最大发气量逐步增大,最大扭矩先增大后平衡;较高的一段排胶温度可以提高胶料的分散程度,改善微孔垫板的耐老化性能,推荐150℃作为密炼机侧壁排胶温度;微孔橡胶垫板的静刚度随装胶量线性增大,选择25 min作为生产硫化时间,可以兼顾生产效率和垫板的耐老化性能及静刚度稳定性;在所研究温度范围内,不同硫化温度对物性的影响差异不大。综合考虑在热氧老化条件下拉伸强度和拉断伸长率的变化情况,使用185℃作为优选的硫化温度。The effects of vulcanization time,vulcanization temperature and amount of rubber on the physical properties of the microporous rubber pad were studied.The results show as the foaming temperature increases,the vulcanization speed and foaming speed of the rubber compound gradually increase,the maximum gas evolution gradually increases,and the maximum torque first increases and then balances.A higher first-stage rubber discharge temperature can improve the dispersion of the rubber compound and improve the anti-aging performance of the microporous backing plate,therefore,150℃ is recommended as the temperature for discharging the side wall of the internal mixer.The static stiffness of the microporous rubber backing plate increases linearly with the amount of rubber loaded,and 25 min is selected as the production vulcanization time,which is beneficial to the production efficiency and the physical properties of the backing plate,aging resistance and static stiffness stability.Within the studied temperature range,the effect of different vulcanization temperatures on the physical properties is not much different.Considering comprehensively the change of the tensile strength and elongation at break under the conditions of thermal oxidative aging,185℃ is selected as the preferred vulcanization temperature.
