摘 要:探讨了常规硬质PVC复合材料不同增韧助剂对材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度等力学性能的影响,并在优化的配方中引入短切玻璃纤维(GF)对材料进行增强,研究了不同玻纤含量对复合材料的增强效果。结果表明,氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、丙烯酸酯类共聚物(ACR)能显著提高材料的韧性,含量分别为6.2%和2.4%时,材料各项性能良好。GF的引入在保持材料拉伸强度的同时能显著提高材料的弯曲强度,并能在一定程度上提升材料的热稳定性。The investigation on the effects of different toughening agents on the mechanical porperties of rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC)were discussed.Glass fiber(GF)was added in the formula to reinforce the materials,and the reinforcing effects of different glass fiber contents on the composites were discussed.The results indicate that CPE and ACR could significantly improve the toughness of the material,and the material has good properties,when the contents of CPE and ACR are 6.2% and 2.4%,respectively.Glass fiber could not only maintain the tensile strength of the material,but also significantly improve the bending strength of the material and improve the thermal stability of the material.
