摘  要:以具有凸起、卡扣、加强筋等复杂多特征的SR3薄壁塑料壳体为例,分析了该零件的注塑模具设计、制造中的关键技术。针对其具有的凸起、卡扣、加强筋等复杂多特征,分析了零件结构及成型工艺,设计了多方向抽芯机构、浇注系统等,完成了一模一腔的模具设计;进行了基于Moldflow的注塑成型工艺参数优化分析,获得了较佳的注塑工艺参数。针对薄壁结构,设计不同的刀具直径完成模具型芯和型腔的粗加工、半精加工、精加工。对同类模具设计具有一定参考价值。Taking the SR3 thin-walled plastic shell with complex and multi-featured features,such as,protrusions,snaps and ribs as an example,the key technologies in the design and manufacturing of the injection mold of this part were analyzed.In view of its complex and multi-features,such as,protrusions,buckles,ribs,and so on,the part structure and molding process were analyzed,and the multi-directional core-pulling mechanism,gating system were designed,and the mold design of one mold and one cavity was completed.Moldflow injection molding process parameter optimization analysis had obtained better injection molding process parameters.For the thin-walled structure,different tool diameters were designed to complete the rough machining,semi-finishing and finishing of the mold core and cavity.It had certain reference value for similar mold design.
