摘  要:为研究硬质聚氯乙烯材料的疲劳损伤扩展规律,本文进行了不同加载角度下的疲劳裂纹扩展试验,引入了基于连续损伤力学参数构建了损伤扩展速率与复合型裂纹等效应力强度因子幅值之间的表达式,通过损伤扩展速率分析了复合型加载下裂纹扩展的规律,得到各加载角度下材料的损伤参数。结果表明:计算模型可行;在复合型加载下随着加载角度的增大材料寿命延长;加载角度对材料损伤扩展速率存在一定的影响。In order to study the fatigue damage growth law of PVC composite materials,the fatigue crack growth test under different loading angles was carried out on the unilateral notch specimens of PVC with prefabricated cracks.Based on the damage mechanics method,the damage degree was introduced,and a damage propagation rate model similar to the Paris formula with the equivalent stress intensity factor amplitude as the independent variable was established,and the material parameters under various loading angles were obtained.The results show that the life of the material is prolonged with the increase of the loading angle under composite loading.The loading angle has a certain influence on the damage propagation rate of the material.
