摘  要:通过球磨膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)制备了粒径为300 nm左右的超细化膨胀型阻燃剂(nanoIFR),并利用正硅酸四已酯(TEOS)对其进行水解包覆制备(SiO_(2)-nanoIFR),对二者进行粒度分布、傅里叶红外光谱、光学电子显微图像表征。将其用于制备阻燃聚丙烯复合材料(IFR/PP、nanoIFR/PP、SiO_(2)-nanoIFR/PP),进行氧指数(LOI)、熔融滴落,炭层扫描等性能测试,实验结果表明,nanoIFR/PP和SiO_(2)-nanoIFR/PP的氧指数均高于IFR/PP,SiO_(2)-nanoIFR/PP炭层更致密,几乎没有熔滴。Ultra-fine inflatable flame retardant(IFR)with particle size of about 300 nm was prepared by ball milling method on inflatable flame retardant(IFR),and SiO_(2)-nanoIFR was prepared by hydrolytic coating with tetrahexyl orthosilicate(TEOS).The particle size distribution,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and optical electron microscopy of the two were characterized.It was used to prepare flame retardant polypropylene composites(IFR/PP,nanoIFR/PP,SiO_(2)-nanoIFR/PP),and its properties were tested by oxygen index(LOI),melting drop,carbon layer scanning,and so on.The experimental results show when the flame retardant the content is constant,The oxygen index of NanoIFR/PP and SiO_(2)-nanoIFR/PP is higher than that of IFR/PP,and the carbon layer of SiO_(2)-nanoIFR/PP is more dense and almost has no melt droplets.
