摘  要:传统木塑混合生产多数采用手工加料作业,未实现自动化作业,难点在于木粉、竹粉等原料输送较困难,容易堵塞。笔者经过分析研究,充分掌握木粉、PP原料特性,采取气力输送方式,合理的设计管道尺寸、工艺参数等措施,解决木粉、PP原料输送困难的问题,同时采用称重模块对原料进行配比,最终该自动化生产线顺利投产,证明罗茨风机系统中的正压送风、负压送风系统能够在木塑行业中的粉体料输送领域推广应用,研发设计了原料卸车、储存、原料投送、计量、混料搅拌、冷却、包装等一系列全自动化设备,节约人工4人以上,产能可达到2000kg/h。Traditional wood and plastic mixed production were mostly by manual,without automation.It was difficult to transport the wood or bamboo powders as easily to block up.The wood and polypropylene(PP)material characters were studied.The wood and PP transport difficult problems were solved by designing the pipe dimensions and process parameters.Weighing and mixing the materials by using auto weighing module,and rots fans could be used well in wood-plastic production field and can promote the application.Many automatic equipments,such as,storage,feeding,mixing,measurement,weighing and cooling of raw materials were designed.They could reduce four labor costs.Production ability could reach 2000 kg per hour.
