摘 要:为解决传统施工技术在冲击成孔灌注桩施工时,存在桩结构完整性差的问题,以住宅建筑为例,开展地基冲击成孔灌注桩施工技术研究。通过灌注桩护筒结构制作与埋设、灌注桩冲土钻孔施工、冲孔灌注桩清孔处理、钢筋笼结构安装混凝土灌浆浇筑,实现住宅建筑地基冲击成孔灌注桩施工。将该施工技术应用到工程项目实例中,运用钻芯法和超声波透射法进行检测,结果表明该施工技术可使桩结构完整性得到提高,进而促进整个施工项目的质量提升。In order to solve the problem of poor integrity of pile structure in the traditional construction technology,residential buildings are taken as an example to study the construction technology of foundation impact bored pile.Through the fabrication and embedding of cast-in-place pile casing structure,soil flushing and drilling construction of cast-in-place pile,hole cleaning treatment of punched cast-in-place pile,installation of reinforcing cage structure and concrete grouting,the construction of impact bored pile for residential building foundation is realized.This construction technology is applied to engineering projects,and the core drilling method and ultrasonic transmission method are used for test.It is verified that the integrity of pile structure is improved by this construction technology,and then the quality of the whole construction project is promoted.
